I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean, which was a pleasant surprise, but they were quite small and not too comfortable. The service was top-notch with helpful and friendly staff, although there was an incident where they wanted to charge my parents for breaking the lock, which was a bit off-putting. The location was convenient, being very close to the Termini Station, but it was right next to a large, heavy, steel door separating the stairwell from the rooms themselves. The dining options were simple, serving mostly pastries, bread, and limited fruits, and the facilities were adequate. The price was in the low-end range, offering decent value for money.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, with clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and its convenient location near transportation hubs. However, the dining options were limited with mostly sweet pastries for breakfast.
